Understanding Our Loyalty Program Tiers
Earn points and enjoy savings with every purchase! Here’s how our loyalty program works:
- Every dollar you spend at Petbarn, online, or at Greencross Vets—including Healthy Pets Plus membership payments—earns you points.
- Once you earn 6,000 points, you’ll receive a $10 loyalty voucher to use on your next purchase.
Loyalty Tiers
- Silver Tier: Earn 10 points per $1 spent. This tier is for members with a yearly spend of up to $550.
- Gold Tier: Earn 12 points per $1 spent. This tier is for members with a yearly spend between $550 and $1,100.
- Platinum Tier: Earn 14 points per $1 spent. This tier is for members with a yearly spend over $1,100.
The higher your tier, the more points you earn per dollar spent and the more frequently you’ll be rewarded with $10 loyalty vouchers. It’s our way of saying thank you for being a loyal member!
